Terms of Service

KYX Wallet provides an interface for accessing supported KYX ecosystem features, including identity-based access through KYX Passport and external blockchain wallet functionality where available. KYX Wallet is not a bank and does not provide banking services.

You must satisfy applicable eligibility requirements, provide accurate information, and protect your account credentials and authentication methods. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

KYX Passport is used for the configured identity and account access flow. Verification may be required before certain features can be used.

You may connect supported external wallets, such as MetaMask, to use supported blockchain features. You remain responsible for:

• Your private keys and seed phrases
• Verifying addresses and networks
• Reviewing transaction details before signing
• Maintaining sufficient funds for network gas fees

KYX Wallet will never ask you to disclose your private keys or seed phrases.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Network fees may apply, and confirmation times depend on network conditions. KYX Wallet cannot guarantee that a transaction can be cancelled, reversed, or recovered.

Token balances and transactions shown in the application depend on blockchain data and supported integrations. KYX Wallet makes no promise regarding token prices, profits, investment returns, liquidity, or redemption.

Card issuance, activation, availability, usage, and payment functionality depend on the relevant authorized issuer, processor, eligibility requirements, and applicable cardholder terms. A card is not issued or active until this has been confirmed to you.

Buyback submissions are subject to the official program's eligibility criteria, review process, pricing terms, and approval. A token transfer or submission does not by itself guarantee approval or payment. Payment status reflects the actual processing result.

Specific fees, payout rates, or processing timelines apply only as stated in the official published program terms.

You must not engage in:

• Fraud or impersonation
• Unauthorized access to any account
• Exploitation of application vulnerabilities
• Illegal transactions
• Attempts to circumvent security controls

Features may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, network failures, provider outages, regulatory requirements, or other operational circumstances.

Third-party wallets, blockchain networks, payment processors, and card issuers may have separate terms and conditions that apply to your use of their services.

Access may be restricted or suspended for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.

KYX Wallet is provided subject to applicable law. While we work to keep the service reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be communicated through appropriate channels, and revised terms become effective on the date stated in the updated version.

Governing law, jurisdiction, and dispute-resolution provisions are pending confirmation by KYX's legal team and will be added before these terms are published.
