We aim to collect only the information necessary for the relevant purpose.

Public blockchain transactions and wallet addresses may be visible to anyone using the relevant blockchain explorer. KYX Wallet cannot guarantee the confidentiality or reversal of public blockchain transactions.

Connecting a wallet does not give KYX Wallet access to your private keys or seed phrase. KYX Wallet will never ask you to share them.

KYX Wallet uses essential browser storage and similar technologies where needed for security, session management, and application functionality, such as keeping you signed in. KYX Wallet does not currently use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

Information may be shared with authorized service providers, payment or card processors, technical infrastructure providers, and competent authorities where required by law.

Information is shared only as necessary for the relevant purpose and subject to applicable safeguards.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including access controls, role-based authorization for administrative functions, and security monitoring, to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
